The outbreak of COVID-19 worldwide has affected many and this includes our daily normal routines. Watsons is continuing its efforts to ensure that everyone and including its customers will practise this new norm way of living acceptably.
This includes the new norm of greeting customers at all Watsons store nationwide with the ‘VV’ greetings for which ‘V’ means victory in combating this COVID-19 pandemic together.
“During these trying times, Watsons is always ensuring that its customers are always taken care of. In the first phase, we have ensured all our stores and front line staffs fit and healthy to serve the community. We even came up with super attractive promotions to ease the burden of our customers. And now, we invite everyone to visit us again at the stores as we welcome everyone in this new norm,” said Caryn Loh, Managing Director of Watsons Malaysia.
All Watsons stores nationwide adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines provided by the government for retailers including thermometer check, hand sanitizer and check-in system when customers enter the store.
Caryn added, “Together we are stronger as we go through a recovery period from this outbreak. Watsons is here for you as we will constantly have attractive promotions and rewards for our customers.”
