Supamala Expands Halal Hotpot Legacy with New Bangsar Outlet!

As Malaysia’s love for hotpot continues to grow, Supamala has strengthened its presence with the launch of its third outlet at Bangsar Shopping Centre, reinforcing its reputation as a pioneer in halal-certified hotpot experiences. The grand opening was graced by notable guests, including MP Syed Saddiq and singer-actress Bella Astillah, reflecting the brand’s growing popularity and its alignment with Malaysia’s diverse dining culture.

Occupying 6,500 square feet, this outlet is Supamala’s second-largest and is designed for communal dining with a blend of comfort, style, and vibrant ambiance. It features seating for over 140 guests and 10 private VIP rooms, catering to group gatherings and special occasions.

According to Managing Director Alex Yap, Supamala is “about creating moments of togetherness,” and this new outlet aims to deliver an inclusive, homegrown hotpot experience accessible to all Malaysians. While the Bangsar branch is in the process of obtaining halal certification, the brand’s commitment remains firm—its Sunway Pyramid location already holds full halal certification.

The Bangsar outlet offers five buffet sets, starting from RM38.90+, including popular choices like the Meaty Buffet Set and the indulgent Supaluxury Buffet Set. An extensive à la carte menu with over 100 items, ranging from rich soup bases to creative desserts, complements the dining experience and caters to a broad range of preferences.

To mark the launch, Supamala introduced the Supa Lucky Wheel, where guests can spin and win prizes with every buffet purchase throughout September 2025. Rewards include buffet upgrades, desserts like Musang King Cendol, handcrafted beverages, and the grand prize—a free Supaluxury Buffet Set worth RM189.90.

In conjunction with Malaysia’s National Day, Supamala is offering Musang King Cendol at a special price of RM14.90+ (usually RM22) with select buffets. Supaluxury diners can enjoy free-flow cendol, adding a patriotic touch to the dining experience.

Chairman Datuk Azmi Hassan emphasized Supamala’s mission of making hotpot accessible to all: “We’re committed to halal excellence and to building connections through food.” The Bangsar launch marks another step in Supamala’s journey to bring bold flavors and shared moments to Malaysian tables.
