PGMall Welcomes ZALORA Official Store, Expanding Access to Authentic Fashion for Malaysians
PGMall has announced the official onboarding of the ZALORA Official Store, marking a key milestone in Malaysia’s growing digital retail landscape. This collaboration enhances access to authentic, trend-forward fashion, bringing one of Southeast Asia’s leading online fashion destinations to PGMall’s expanding shopper base.
The launch was officiated by Jerry Ng Chief Operating Officer of PGMall and Matej Urban Director of ZALORA in Kuala Lumpur, highlighting a shared commitment to strengthening regional e-commerce collaboration and elevating fashion offerings.
Serving over 3 million shoppers and 30,000 sellers, PGMall continues to champion a fair marketplace model with a competitive 5% transaction fee. The addition of ZALORA strengthens its fashion category while supporting sustainable growth for sellers and greater value for consumers.
ZALORA is known for its curated range of international and local brands across apparel, footwear, accessories, and beauty. Selected collections such as ZALIA and LUBNA are now available on PGMall, with more categories—including workwear and curated fashion lines—expected to roll out progressively.

With this collaboration, PGMall expects a 5% increase in new shoppers. According to Ipsos Malaysia, about 70% of Malaysians shop online, with fashion among the leading categories.
