Paramount Property Unveils Paramount Cup 2025 with One of Malaysia’s Largest Pickleball Prize Pools

Paramount Property is proud to launch the inaugural Paramount Cup 2025, a premier pickleball tournament set to be one of the largest in Malaysia, with a total prize pool of RM112,500. Running from 23 to 26 October 2025, the four-day event will take place at the newly opened PLAYA Racquet Club @ PARC Subang. 

 

Open to all ages and skill levels, the Paramount Cup will feature over 820 players competing across 18 categories, including singles, doubles, and mixed doubles events. The tournament aims to celebrate sportsmanship and community, uniting juniors, adults, and seniors in a shared sporting experience. 

 

Adding international prestige to the event is a lineup of renowned pickleball players, including India’s Vanshik Kapadia, Australia’s Kyle Stoker, Nancy Riley, and Josh Chia, along with Asia’s top female players such as Hsieh Yu-Chieh (No.6 in Asia), Karina Aditya Dwipayani (No.1 in Indonesia), Tarie Caouette (No.1 in Thailand), and Mihae Kwon (No.1 in Korea). 

 

As “The People’s Developer,” Paramount Property has a long-standing commitment to community wellness, having supported events like the Bukit Banyan Hero Run, Penang Fellowship Bridge-to-Bridge Ride, and the KL Car Free Morning. The Paramount Cup continues this tradition, embracing pickleball for its inclusivity and growing popularity across generations.

Hosted at PLAYA Racquet Club, Malaysia’s latest world-class racquet facility with seating for over 250 spectators, the event is organised in partnership with PLAYA Racquet Club Director Brian Choo, who noted, “We’re proud to host this milestone event that reflects our shared mission to foster community and promote wellness through sport.” 

 

The tournament is backed by key partners, including Auto Bavaria BMW (automotive partner), Mercure Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie (official hotel), Baseline (tournament partner), RIVAL KL (sports recovery), and JOOLA (official equipment).
