Beyond What You See: Haier Malaysia Redefines Everyday Living with New Horizon Collection

PETALING JAYA, 4 SEPTEMBER 2026 — Modern households are shopping smarter, storing more and looking for greater convenience in the kitchen. Responding to these evolving lifestyles, Haier Malaysia has unveiled its new Horizon Multi-Door Collection, alongside its latest Dishwasher, bringing together advanced freshness technology, flexible storage and smart cleaning solutions designed for everyday living.

Launched under the theme “Beyond What You See,” the Horizon Collection explores three dimensions — Beyond Time, Beyond Space and Beyond Imagination — reflecting the changing ways Malaysians shop, store and prepare food.

“Malaysian households are changing the way they shop and manage food, with many now stocking up for one to two weeks at a time and paying closer attention to reducing food waste,” said Mr. Patrick Seow, Chief Operating Officer of Haier Malaysia. “This is shaping what they expect from their appliances, especially around storage, organisation, freshness and design.”

At the heart of the Horizon Collection is freshness. Its Nutribank preservation technology helps meat stay fresh for up to 10 days while preserving more than 95% of its protein content. Meanwhile, the Active Fresh Zone maintains 90% humidity to help fruits and vegetables stay fresh for up to seven days, with more than 98% Vitamin C retention. ABT Pro further helps remove up to 99.9999% of bacteria and unwanted odours.

Going “Beyond Space,” the collection offers over 820L of storage capacity, equivalent to up to 38 grocery bags or seven large shopping carts. Adjustable shelves and the Day Light panel provide greater visibility and flexibility, while selected models feature a Smart Window, Welcome Light, Auto Water Dispenser and Dual Ice Maker.

Haier has also introduced its SpaceFit kitchen appliance series, featuring integrated designs across the range hood, gas hob and steam combi oven, bringing greater functionality to contemporary kitchens.

Complementing the collection is Haier’s new 18-place-setting Dishwasher (HDWA18-686BK5MY), equipped with AI Wash, 5D Dual-side Wash, 80°C Micro Steam Wash+, UV sterilisation and 240 Hours Smart Storage for a cleaner, more convenient post-meal routine.

The Haier Horizon Collection and Dishwasher Series are now available at authorised dealers nationwide. Consumers can also experience the collection at Sunway Pyramid from 4 to 6 September 2026, featuring interactive activities, cooking demonstrations, giveaways and more.
