ExcelScale Brings 100+ AI Models to Malaysian Enterprises Through One Unified API
KUALA LUMPUR, 20 AUGUST 2026 — ExcelScale has officially launched its unified AI infrastructure platform in Malaysia, giving organisations access to more than 100 leading AI models through a single OpenAI-compatible API.
The platform is designed to help Malaysian enterprises move AI from experimentation to wider business adoption, without the complexity of managing multiple provider accounts, APIs, billing systems and governance requirements.
As organisations expand AI use across software development, research, content production, data analysis and internal workflows, the ability to manage different models and providers has become an increasingly important operational challenge.
“Enterprise AI has reached a stage where access is no longer the main barrier. The greater challenge is bringing different AI capabilities together in a way that stays practical, secure, and manageable for the business,” said Mr Todd Abraham, General Manager of ExcelScale.
Through one standardised API, organisations can connect to AI models supporting text generation, visual recognition, voice synthesis, video creation and data analysis. Technical teams can select models based on specific workloads while maintaining a consistent development and deployment process.
ExcelScale also provides enterprise capabilities including access controls, API key management, configurable model permissions, Virtual Private Cloud deployment options and usage monitoring. A centralised dashboard provides visibility into API requests, token consumption and costs, helping organisations maintain greater oversight as AI usage grows.
“The next stage of enterprise AI won’t be defined by how many models organisations can access, but by how effectively they can integrate and manage them,” said Mr Todd. “ExcelScale was built to provide that consistent foundation, so teams can focus on building useful AI applications instead of managing fragmented systems.”
With its Malaysia launch, ExcelScale aims to simplify the infrastructure layer between enterprises and AI models, enabling businesses to adopt AI with greater flexibility, security and cost control while developing practical, scalable applications.
